Jaffa Bliss Balls
date free, peanut free, refined sugar free, tasty snack balls

Servings: 21 bliss balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1/2 almond butter (crunchy is best)
- 2 oranges, zest and juice
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for coating
Instructions
- Empty 250g of cocoa powder into glass jar
- Measure and add the 1/2 cup raw sugar to the jar
- Seal the lid and shake to combine/or use a whisk either works
- Add 1 heaped Tbsp to 100ml of hot water to dissolve then top up with either hot water and your choice of milk or all hot milk if you like creaminess
- Enjoy hot or cold
Note
This mix is rich and chocolatey and not very sweet. You may want to add more sugar if you like more milk chocolate taste. Add 1 cup or more sugar if you want it sweet and less dark chocolate feel.
