banana blueberry smoothie

Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful frozen blueberries organic is best
- 1 banana, peeled and chopped (freeze for extra creaminess)
- 300ml milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
